Highland Rim Tractor is an authorized Mahindra, Bad Boy, and Gravely Zero Turn dealership serving the Goodlettsville area since 1972. We are proud to carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory. Highland Rim Tractor company was started in 1972.  John S. Storey and his son John E. Storey originally opened it as a lawnmower company.  John E. Storey is better known by loved ones as Eddie.  The company has had a steady growth since inception. The lawn and garden store was eventually turned into a tractor dealership in 1982 after Eddie gratefully returned from a 4-year tour in the Navy to his native Nashville.

In 1979 Eddie met and married Linda Storey.  She quickly became the sales manager, as her extensive background in sales was an asset to the company.  Yanmar USA and Massey Ferguson were the tractor lines at the time in the late 80s and early 90s.

As the dealership grew we became computerized and have a full line of parts, service, and new tractor Sales.  Mahindra USA was taken on at the dealership in 1998 after Yanmar USA pulled out of the American Market.

Mahindra USA has been the tractor line the company has represented to date while picking up Bad Boy Mowers in 2010. Highland Rim Tractor has won multiple dealership awards from Mahindra, Bad Boy and Gravely such as 30 year dealer award with Mahindra and top sales award in Tennessee for Bad Boy and Gravely mowers, multiple years running.

Ed and Linda have a son, Jon Storey, that joined the company in 2006 after studying business at Western Kentucky University. Jon now manages the dealership with Linda. Collectively Jon and Linda have grown the business and have increased sales numbers with every new year to date.

Highland Rim Tractor truly is a family owned business that has been servicing the greater middle Tennessee area since 1972.
